So I was having a good chat with a guy called Glenn at a niche bottle shop in Port Melbourne, where I was looking at some of his end-of-financial-year sales and his little salami fridge. Given I’m trying to taste every jerky and biltong company available in Australia, I asked if he had any jerky.
Luckily, he did, but only a few packets were left in the original flavour. I would have preferred a spicy variant, but hey, this is some good protein, high-quality beef with a bit of barbecue flavour.
It was about $7.50 for a 50g bag.
