This is the first Pork Jerky I've reviewed for this blog after already covering many of the popular Australian brands. I ordered this from Amazon whilst looking for new brands to try out.

A bit drier than some of the biltong brands I’m used to, but that’s not necessarily a problem, it reminds me a bit more of a jerky product.
